No Refunds or Returns: Once products are purchased and dispatched from our warehouse, we do not offer refunds, credit notes, or accept returns on these items. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalising them.

Change of Mind: If you have a change of heart about your purchase, we are here to help, but with certain limitations. Changes of mind will only be accepted prior to the dispatch of goods from our warehouse. In such cases, you may exchange the original product for another product available at House of Floors. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to make such an exchange.

Liability for Product Damage During Transit: House of Floors takes great care in ensuring that your products are packaged securely. However, we will not be liable for any damage that occurs during transit. To provide transparency and assurance, photo evidence of the product will be taken prior to dispatch and also upon arrival.
